More detailed information about the snowpack:

Toured into Little Slide Canyon today. From the trailhead, we noticed plumes of snow off ridges due to NW winds.  As we entered Little Slide Canyon, rollerballs were found on solar aspects. The winds also shifted and were deposting snow into the left couloir on the Hulk around 10 AM. We continued to the base of the couloir on Kettle Peak. On the apron we found hollow, firm wind slabs with minor cracking. We decided against continuing up as we could see evidence of wind activity in the couloir as well.
