The bottomless powder we saw earlier this week has started to become denser. Wind transport has scoured windward facing slopes and loaded NW-N-NE-E-SE slopes with a great deal of snow.

Strong winds all throughout the BWRA. We were in the trees on a leeward slope. As a result, winds were lessened  (avg 9mph Gusts up to 20mph).  Temperatures were -1C. As we left the BWRA at 3:30 pm the winds were really ramping up as the front end of this storm moved in.
